Saviano Builders was recommended by our Realtor. We had a rapport with Tom from the beginning. Our kitchen needed a complete re-do as well as work on the master bathroom and extensive changes to the exterior of our home. In addition, this was a time sensitive project and Tom and his crew worked diligently to finish within the necessary window. Parts of the project were subbed out and we found their work to be excellent. Tom was very responsive to all of our questions. He stated often that his goal was ‘to make up happy’. And we are. We would not hesitate to recommend Tom Saviano and his crew. The added bonus is that Tom is very creative and was a great help with design issues.

Great Communication, Responsive, Honest. I had some shingles come off my roof due to a poor roofing job that was done by someone else several years earlier. It became apparent due to leaks in the roof. Tom Saviano, of Saviano Builders, too a look and explained to me in detail what was the problem and why my roof was starting to leak. Tom specifically responded to my email questions quickly. Took pictures and showed what needed to be fixed on my roof. Given the odd incline of my roof, it was a challenge to seal up all of the areas, and after testing the roof a couple of times for leaks, we were able to identify a couple of additional areas that needed to be sealed up. I knew Tom was an honest builder when Tom explained that even though some areas were loose, the whole roof did not need to be re-shingled. I think anyone trying to take advantage of me would have played up needing to distrust the entire roof and tell me everything needed to be replaced. Tom didn’t do that. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it. I respected him for not taking advantage of the situation. We haven’t had a leak since completing the job last year. Well Done!

Tom Saviano has been our “go-to” contractor for the last 15 years. (Note: “date of project” in this form does not allow for multiple projects – soI used the most recent; for ‘how much did the project cost” I used an amount reflecting all of the work Tom has done for us.) An expert in the permitting process, Tom focuses on creating, reviewing, and/or modifying project plans based on his experience and expertise. He is detail-oriented and customer focused. Tom uses quality materials, installed by top-notch craftsmen. The major projects he has done for us include a total kitchen remodel, as well as the installation of a deck, specialty fencing, an emergency whole-house generator, and an interior wall. When I contract Tom, I know I will get an expert, who takes pride in providing quality service and results.
